I’ve struggled for a while with how to intro this wedding. I’m sure you’ll remember Matt & Crimson from their recent engagement session… One of my best friends marrying the man of her dreams, an incredible man of God. I was lucky enough to be able to stay in Atlanta for the week leading up to their wedding and participate in many of the wedding festivities. Internet, let me just tell you that this is an incredible couple who radiates the love of the Lord. I am so encouraged and blessed by every minute I get to spend with them. And man, they sure know how to do a wedding. Without question, this was the most fun reception that I’ve ever been to. For further proof, just keep reading. :)

I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from their wedding day with you…. Don’t forget to vote!! :)

Mrs. Smith getting pampered while Crimson waited…

I take a lot of pictures of makeup, but this is one of my faves. I just love all the colors.

If Crimson weren’t already one of my BFF’s, she would have been after I saw her wedding shoe selection.

The handsome groom prepping for the day…

This series of messages from Matt to Crimson is one of the great proofs that I have the most incredible clients/friends. Heart. Melted.

Crimson, you’re gorgeous.

A great perk of being wonderful friends with the bride… I get to take and post cheesy pictures like this. :)

Getting ready with her momma. :)

Ohhhhhh, the buttons… :)

Seriously. Freaking gorgeous.

Matt and Crimson decided to see each other before the ceremony so that they could have some time alone time, as well as get pictures done. Their first moments seeing each other were really precious…

They just love each other so much. :)

LOVE. #1 of my 18,173 favorites. :)

Crimson, you are two things: HOTT & adorbs.

The ceremony was beautifully lit by candles…

Remember Rilynn? Turns out she’s also the world’s cutest flower girl.

Yay for marriage!!! :)

Check out this amazing action…

Gah. LOVE this. :)

And this.

This one is for real probably my fave.

Then we headed to the reception, where there was cake…

And dancing…

If this picture doesn’t grip at your heart strings, you have no soul.

And toasts…

And friends…

And a TON more dancing…

Seriously, the people at this wedding knew how to party.

I hope you are prepared to laugh out loud… :)

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Renney. :)

I am so excited to be sharing this wedding with you tonight, internet. Justin & Grace are just so wonderful, and their wedding was just incredibly awesome. On June 4th, Justin & Grace became husband and wife on Grace’s family farm, Barefoot Farms. Though it was an freakishly hot day, I think it got up to 97 degrees, everything about this wedding was beautiful. The whole farm was decorated from top to bottom… I could have taken pictures of all the details all day long.

Justin & Grace – I’m so thankful that I was able to be a part of your wedding day. It’s such a blessing to see friends so alive with love. :)

I know I sound like a broken record, but don’t forget to vote for your favorites! :)

I started out the day hanging out with the boys…

What a good looking group of men. :)

When I saw this barn, I died. And then resurrected. And then took pictures by it.

LOVED the guys’ searsucker jackets, polka dots ties, and Justin’s sunflower boutonniere.

Tell me that this isn’t a beautiful couple. My word…

Then I got to hang out with the girls.

After seeing these dresses, flowers, and boots, I decided that one day, I will be married on a farm. Holy cow… They looked PERFECT.

The stunning bride…

Seriously, maybe one of the most gorgeous bouquets I’ve ever photographed.

I never knew I loved sunflowers and gerber daisies as much as I do now.

:)

Justin’s grandmother passed away a few years ago, but Grace wrapped her old locket around her bouquet as her “something borrowed”. It was really, really precious.

Gah. Love this. :)

Justin sang Grace a song as she walked down the aisle with her dad… A song that he wrote for her. Are you kidding me??! I have THE BEST clients ever.

I loved the way they looked at each other during the ceremony.

I love the idea of unity sand to symbolize marriage, but Justin & Grace did it the best way I’ve ever seen. Grace poured Georgia clay from the very farm they got married on, and Justin poured sand from the beach he grew up on in North Carolina. AND they poured from Mason jars into Mason jars. WIN.

Husband & wife! :)

Favorite #1.

At one point, I was missing a groomsman for pictures, and when I asked where he was, someone replied, “He’s distracted by the donkey.” They weren’t kidding. :)

I have no idea what this plant is, but I think it’s rad.

I’m telling you, this wedding had FANTASTIC details!

Each plate was different and really added to the uniqueness (is that a word?) of the wedding.

When’s the last time you went to a wedding where water bottles were kept in a tractor scoop? Yeah… That’s what I thought. :)

I love that they incorporated Georgia peaches into the decor. So appropriate! :)

The getaway vehicle. LOVE.

I love this next series of pictures. A couple of observations. #1 – They are obviously so in love, and it’s awesome. #2 – They were completely surrounded by people who loved them. #3 – Birdseed is no joke. I was finding it on me for hours and hours after the wedding.

I LOVE the movement and emotion of this picture. Favorite #2.

And then they rode off into the sunset (not really) on a four-wheeler. I told you… Every detail of this wedding was perfect.

After the wedding had commenced, I got to spend some time with Justin & Grace.

LOVE.

Favorite #3. :)

And they lived happily ever after. :)

Rachel Sevestre - Kelsey! I don’t expect you to remember me, as you were so young. But, I’m Rachel and I used to babysit you and your brothers all the time when you were younger!

I have recently discovered your blog and started following you on Facebook. I adore your photography. It seems it comes so naturally.

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that this particular shoot won major points from me. My boyfriend and I plan to be engaged soon and I am daydreaming about a barn wedding.

You WOULD travel to Florida to shoot our wedding, RIGHT?! ;) Not sure if you travel or not for shoots, but once we get closer to the day .. I’ll be in touch with you again. I have followed several photographers for years and you really stand above with your work.

I hope you are well. We’ll talk soon. :)ReplyCancel

Jenna Pace - What a fabulously good-looking couple! We love Justin & Grace!!!!ReplyCancel

Back in January, Kelly contacted me about scheduling a shoot for her and her husband, Blake, for mid-May. I love people that are on top of things! Blake serves in the Air Force, and was home from Korea for a month in May. I was so glad that I was able to find time at the end of an insanely crazy semester to spend time with this amazing couple.

Almost 2 weeks ago, Blake returned to Korea where he’ll be serving for another 3.5 months. Blake, I can’t even say thank you enough for the sacrifice you’ve made for our country. And Kelly, MAJOR props to you for being so strong while Blake is gone. You are amazing. And super beautiful.

Yesterday, Blake & Kelly celebrated 3 years of being husband and wife… Congratulations, and thanks for being such incredible clients! Oh, and if you’re wondering why Blake looks so familiar, it’s because he is Tyler’s identical twin. I know you were wondering. :)

Ya’ll are just so precious and cuddly. Yes, cuddly.

Blake, you look like a legit stud in your uniform. And Kelly, you just look so perfect by his side. :)

So flipping beautiful.

A little outfit change…

Ya’ll have some fierce faces, for real.

Kelly… Seriously, you are SO beautiful.

Love under a willow tree… Again. It’s becoming a recurring theme on my blog. :)

Favorite #1.

These people know how to rock a field!

Bringing it in realllll close for favorite #2…
